My experience includes working with people with a wide range of mental health concerns including anxiety, depression, post-traumatic stress disorder, bipolar disorder, and stress related to life changes and relationship challenges. Prior to starting private practice, I provided individual psychotherapy at skilled nursing facilities. I also provided mental health intakes in an outpatient setting, and crisis assessments at an inpatient psychiatric hospital.
In 2013, I earned a doctoral degree in clinical psychology from California School of Professional Psychology. My training consisted of providing individual and group psychotherapy in outpatient private practices and grief counseling through a hospice agency. In addition, I provided individual and group therapy in a partial hospitalization program.
